This List was designed for use at an ITC competion and thus may not be 100% appropriate for normal play, but, from my POV it's quite fun.
All the commands are the same size which aids deployment and as it has aggression 4 it often attacks. This allows you the freedom to deploy the skirmishers first and give little away.
The Combat commands (1-3) are loosely structured to flank the Pk(I) block, although there is little to stop you deploying that behind a screen of friendly Ps from command 4. With 24 Pk that is your primary attack. Command 1 aims to deal with rough going and command 2 is more of a flank or holding command. Pk(X) are not really that worrying to most foot troops but against archers or mounted they're not too bad.
The original idea was to apply pressure with the Ax or Bd and the Pk(I) and let the flanks be held by a mix of skirmishing through terrain and the Pk(X), this of course depends on terrain so if possible invade down a road and place steep sided hills. If not then wait until your chance and deploy 3 0.5 FE woods, marshes or similar difficult going.
